Terms & cancellation policy.

Fares

• Fares are charged per km for the car type booked, plus driver bata per day.
• One-way trips have a minimum charge of 130 km. Round trips have a minimum of 250 km per day.
• Tolls, parking, inter-state permits and hill charges are paid by the customer at actuals.
• Pickups between 10 pm and 6 am may carry a night allowance, told to you before the trip.
• Kilometres are counted from our Villupuram garage and back for round trips.

Booking

• Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp with the fare, car and driver details.
• For multi-day outstation trips we may ask for an advance.
• Payment is by cash, UPI or bank transfer at the end of the trip unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation

• Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change.
• Cancelling before the car leaves for pickup: no charge.
• Cancelling after the car has left or reached the pickup point: a cancellation charge may apply to cover the driver's trip.
• Advances for cancelled multi-day trips are refunded after deducting any charges incurred.

On the trip

• Waiting time beyond what was agreed may be charged.
• Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the car.
• Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the seats of the car booked.
